Problem
A raw PageSpeed report is full of numbers, but turning those numbers into a clear verdict on a site's actual health takes someone who knows how to read them.
Approach
We built an account-based web app (email or Google sign-in) that runs a site through Google PageSpeed, has Claude turn the results into a graded report, and lets users save, download, or share it from a dashboard, with a referral program granting a free report for every successful referral and a paid or subscription option for additional reports.
Outcome
What's Your Grade's grading engine, account system, and referral program are built and functioning; a public launch URL has not yet been published.
