RollingRent is a video-first social rental platform for agents, landlords, and creators. Listings are built around a short video instead of a wall of photos and text, with a social layer of likes, comments, and follows on top.
Problem
Text listings and photo galleries don't show what a rental actually feels like to walk through, and don't give agents or creators a way to build an audience around their listings.
Approach
We built a platform where a listing starts with a short video plus property details (beds, baths, square footage, amenities, location, rent), filterable by amenity, alongside content-only posts for agents who want to share rental or real-estate content with no listing attached, plus likes, comments, shares, saves, follows, and direct messaging. Submissions go through a review step before publishing.
Outcome
RollingRent is live at rollingrent.com with working video listings, amenity filtering, a submission-and-review flow, and social discovery features.
